Global Esports Tournament EWC Foundation / PIF Boulevard City, Riyadh Jul 8 - Aug 24, 2025
Esports World Cup 2025
Overview

Aone managed the Accreditation System for the Esports World Cup 2025 for the second consecutive season, responsible for badge issuance, accreditation scanning, and access management across the full range of event participants: players, team personnel, media, and organizers. Over seven weeks of continuous operation across one of esports' most complex multi-title formats, Aone's accreditation infrastructure kept every access point running from the opening day through to the final.

On-site operations
The Challenge

Managing the technology infrastructure for an event of this profile meant handling multiple layers of operational complexity simultaneously — at a scale and security level that left no room for gaps.

01
Pre-tournament platform setup and role mapping
Aone's second consecutive deployment at EWC began with pre-event configuration of the accreditation platform for all participant categories. Zone permissions were mapped across Boulevard City's arena areas, backstage zones, and media access points before the tournament opened, with the returning team bringing direct operational knowledge from the inaugural season.
02
Seven weeks of dynamic credential management
As titles concluded and new ones began, participant rosters changed constantly. Aone's credential management handled these transitions continuously, ensuring accreditation databases remained accurate and access rights updated in real time throughout the season without manual intervention at the gate level.
03
Embedded on-site operations across the full run
The presence of Aone's on-site operations team across all seven weeks was what made this level of continuity possible. The team managed badge printing for newly arriving participants, handled real-time credential issues, and maintained scanning infrastructure from July 8 through to the final on August 24.
