1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information generated through use of the platform.

• Account and organization details — name, work email, phone, company, and role.
• Attendee and registration data submitted by event organizers or attendees, such as names, contact details, and accreditation categories.
• Usage and device data — log files, IP address, browser type, and interactions with the platform.
• Support and sales communications you send us.

2. How we use information

We use personal data only to deliver and improve the services event organizers engage us for.

• Operating registration, ticketing, accreditation, and access control for events.
• Securing the platform, preventing fraud, and verifying access permissions.
• Providing support and service communications.
• Meeting legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Data hosting and residency

Aone is aligned with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). All platform data is hosted on secure infrastructure inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is not transferred outside the Kingdom except where permitted by law and agreed with the data controller.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Attendee data belongs to the event organizer (the data controller); Aone processes it on their behalf under contract. We share data only with vetted sub-processors that support the service, and with authorities where legally required.

5. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to deliver the contracted services and meet legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Organizers can request deletion of their event data at any time.

6. Your rights

Subject to the PDPL, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. If your data was collected by an event organizer, we will route your request to them and support its fulfilment.
