Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the Aone platform and services. By using the services, you agree to them.
1. The services
Aone provides an integrated event technology platform — including registration, ticketing, accreditation, access control, badge printing, and onsite operations — under an agreement with the event organizer.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Organizer accounts must ensure they have a lawful basis for the attendee data they upload or collect through the platform.
3. Fees and payment
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are set out in your order form or service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of applicable taxes.
4. Data and privacy
Use of the services is subject to our Privacy Policy. For attendee data, the organizer acts as data controller and Aone as data processor, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
5. Intellectual property
The platform, including its software, design, and documentation, remains the property of Aone Technology. You retain all rights to your event content and data; you grant Aone a limited licence to process it solely to provide the services.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, copy, or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Upload unlawful content or data you have no right to process.
- Interfere with the security or availability of the services.
- Use the services to send unsolicited communications.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the platform available and performant, including during peak onsite operations, but the services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aone's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate as set out in the service agreement. On termination, we return or delete organizer data in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom.
