Future Minerals Forum 2025
Overview

Aone served as the official technology partner for FMF 2025 for the second consecutive year, responsible for the full digital infrastructure across invitations, registration, accreditation, and the forum’s dedicated mobile application. From the first invitation sent to a participating minister through to the last delegate scanning their badge at a session gate, Aone’s integrated platform was the operational backbone supporting all 18,000 participants across every day of the forum.

How Aone Delivered

Built and operated to perform under real-world pressure.

18,000+
participants from 170 countries managed
90+
government delegations at the Ministerial Roundtable
405
speakers across the three-day programme
01
Invitation workflows and pre-event registration
Aone’s involvement began at the invitation layer — dispatch, tracking, and confirmation of invitations for the Ministerial Roundtable, running in parallel with open registration so both streams fed cleanly into the same accreditation database without overlap.
02
On-site accreditation and badge distribution
Registration and accreditation operated at scale through the pre-event period, with category-specific paths routing each applicant through the right workflow. On-site, high-speed badge printing stations processed every category without queues, supported by the Aone field operations team.
03
Powering the mobile experience across three days
The FMF mobile app was the central navigation tool for all 18,000+ delegates. With plenary sessions, roundtables, knowledge-exchange tracks, and a three-day exhibition running at once, it gave every participant a clear, real-time view of where to be and when.
