Case Study
Riyadh Book Fair 2025
Technology Partnership at Saudi Arabia's Largest Annual Cultural Event

Overview
Aone participated in the Riyadh International Book Fair for the first time in 2025, delivering integrated technology solutions that supported the journey of visitors, publishers, and participants across the full 10-day event. The platform covered registration and accreditation management, booth reservations, signing session management, meeting coordination, and an interactive floor-map system for the exhibition space.
The Challenge
Managing the technology infrastructure for an event of this profile meant handling multiple layers of operational complexity simultaneously — at a scale and security level that left no room for gaps.

How Aone Delivered
Built and operated to perform under real-world pressure.
2,000+
Publishing houses from 29 countries
10,500+
Business Zone consultations
55+
Agreements signed in the Business Zone
01
Publisher registration and accreditation from the first touchpoint
Aone managed registration and accreditation for 2,000 publishing houses from 29 countries, with category-specific registration paths assigning the correct access level and service workflow to each publisher type from the point of registration. This is the same category-based onboarding logic Aone applies across its exhibition and conference deployments, giving the organizing team full visibility over publisher readiness before the fair opened.
02
Booth reservations and Business Zone operations
The Booth and Vendor Booking system handled publisher and vendor space assignments across the RICEC exhibition floor, removing the back-and-forth coordination that a 2,000-exhibitor fair would otherwise generate. In the Business Zone, Aone's meeting management platform supported the scheduling of consultations that resulted in more than 10,500 engagements and 55 signed agreements across the 10-day event.
03
Signing sessions, meetings, and interactive navigation
Aone's Signing Management Platform coordinated book signing sessions between authors and visitors throughout the fair, one of the core programming elements of any book fair at this scale. The interactive floor-map system gave publishers and visitors a real-time, navigable view of the exhibition layout across all halls.
